Important Notice
Violation of these rules may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of membership. Safety is our top priority.
Reservation Rules
- Members may have two active reservations on the books at a time
- Reservations can be booked a day in advance
- Day trips available: 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Night trips available: 6:00 PM - 5:00 AM
- Night trips require at least one completed day trip first — you must know your way around the channels before navigating at night, even with all provided lights on the boat. Safety is our first priority.
- Reservations must be made through your Member Portal
- Members can book their next reservation while currently on a boat
- Cancellations should be made as early as possible to allow other members to book
- No-shows without notice may result in fees or membership review
- Arrive on time for your reservation; boats may be released if you are more than 30 minutes late without notice
Boat Operation
- Only authorized members may operate club boats
- Members must have basic boating knowledge and experience
- Boats are for INTRACOASTAL USE ONLY — from Aransas Pass (north) to Bird Island (south). Explore over 300 square miles of fishing spots including Corpus Christi Bay, the Upper Laguna Madre, and all bays in between. OFFSHORE USE IS PROHIBITED.
- Obey all U.S. Coast Guard regulations and Texas boating laws
- Observe all posted speed limits and no-wake zones
- Always maintain a proper lookout and safe speed
- Check weather conditions before departure and return early if conditions deteriorate
- Know and respect the boat's capacity limits
Safety Requirements
- Life jackets must be available for all passengers and worn as required by law
- Never operate the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Carry a charged cell phone and know the SeaTow contact number
- Know the location and operation of all safety equipment on board
- In emergencies: call 911, Coast Guard on VHF 16, or SeaTow
- Report all accidents and incidents immediately by calling 1-888-861-9188 and asking for a live person, then complete the boat return form in your Member Portal when you click the button to return the boat
- Night navigation requires channel familiarity — complete a day trip first before booking any night trips
Boat Care & Return
- Treat all boats with care and respect
- Return boats to the same dock of departure
- Remove all personal belongings and trash
- Report any damage, issues, or concerns immediately upon return
- Do not attempt unauthorized repairs

- The member is responsible for their guests' behavior and safety
- All guests must follow club rules and boat capacity limits
- Guests may not operate the boat unless approved
